Fly fishers looking for a fun road trip may want to check out the Western Maine Fly Fishing Expo, which is being held on Saturday. Here’s what the event’s website had to say about this year’s expo:
Mark your calendar for the Second Annual Western Maine Fly Fishing Expo being held on March 23, 2013. Expo will be held at the Bethel Inn Resort in beautiful Bethel Maine. Expo hours will be 9am to 4pm. Admission is $5, 15 years old and younger are free.
The Fly Fishing Film Tour (F3T) reception will start at 5:30. The reception is free to all Western Maine Fly Fishing Expo attendees. The F3T viewing will start at 7pm. Admission to the film is $7 in advance or $10 at the door. Tickets can be purchased at the Bethel Inn Resort or at the Expo.

Back by popular demand: Fly Tying Contest at the Western Maine Fly Fishing Expo. This year there will be two divisions: Youth (12 and under) and Teen (13-18).
